45 minutes of YOGAMITE, try it!


Hello! I've been gone for a minute, you guys know how life gets, but I will be posting more frequently from now on, check back with me and let me know what you think or suggest!...

My mornings are very busy, non-stop cleaning, cooking, and playing of course (i have a 17 month old baby boy, we are playing race cars as I write), i'm sure lots of you can empathize. I hardly have time to eat sometimes but I always make time, even if it's 20 minutes, to workout. I've been working out mainly at home since I was pregnant-who has the time to hit the gym? or there favorite yoga studio :-(? Not me kids! That is why I was elated, yes elated, when I found exercisetv.tv, this site is great because it brings all kinds of workouts right to your fingertips. A lot of good workouts are free and some they charge a fee for, i'm sharing with you today one of my favorite 45 minute yoga/cardio videos. I could not say enough great things about this particular video, it tones, lengthens, stregthens, de-stresses, and provides a little cardio-everything you want out of a workout, at least for me.

If you are just starting out in the game, sort of speak, take it easy and do not be too hard on yourself, no need, patience is important. Treat your body with lost of love and care and be patient with it; once it gets going you will be amazed at where it will take you and what it will do for you! Take this from one impatient mama, I work on it everyday, some days are better than others but it's all part of the journey. And for you gals that are have been rockin' it out already, you will enjoy it, it's just challenging enough, this is great for those of you who are at a level 2 in your yoga practice, in my opinion, i'm no expert now. Just try it and please let me know what you guys think-do you love it, hate it, or share your workout secrets with us!
